Salon Policies (Effective Immediately - No Exceptions):

1)All New clients must have a consultation before booking a service.

2) Form of Payment Accepted: Credit or Debit Card, Cash, and Zelle only starting effectively June 1, 2022

3) Non-Refundable/ Non-Transferable Fees:

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-TRANSFERABLE (IF YOU WANT A DIFFERENT DATE/ TIME, YOU’LL NEED TO CANCEL THE CURRENT APPT ONLINE AND BOOK ANOTHER APPT WHICH WILL REQUIRE ANOTHER DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING


A deposit of $25 is required to book/ hold an appointment. When booking, make sure that is the time you need and you know for sure that you’ll be able to make that appointment. Once it is booked, you’ve taken that slot and it is no longer available for anyone else to book. Therefore, if you decide to cancel, you may do so by going online and cancelling the current appt and rebooking accordingly. Failure to cancel your appt within 24hrs, your card will be charged the full amount for the remaining balance of your service(s).
